Basic Seed Saving Class

Basics of Seed Saving – learn the differences between wet and dry processing, isolation distances, how to isolate mechanically, the merits of trialling and keeping records. Depending on the time; we may process some crops for seed. We will be using the education and trialing plot as a teaching reference and special attention will be paid to those seed crops coming in. These are half day courses.
