Wrinkled cress seemed like one of those weird greens and we always avoided growing it. (plus, tiny things are so hard to pick in the fall and winter) Another farmer who did grow it, gave a description that piqued our interest. Something small that was basically held aloft? Easy to grasp with gloves? Looks great? And tastes even better? Sold.
Great addition to a green mix or by itself. We add it to a winter ramen soup too.
